H-2B Visa
An H-2B visa applies to an alien who
is coming temporarily to the United States to perform nonagricultural
work of a temporary or seasonal nature, if unemployed persons
capable of performing such service or labor cannot be found
in this country.
H2-B Visas
are also frequently used for Entertainers, who cannot meet
for P Visa criteria, enabling them to come to US for specific
performances. Such specific bookings are considered temporary
positions.
