	P-1 Visa \| O Visa
	The P Visas are issued to visiting artists, entertainers, and athletes only for the time needed to complete particular events or tour within the United States. The applicant is allowed to travel in and out of the country or to remain here continuously until the visa expires. Also, they request for their essential support personnel. Accompanying relatives may stay in the United States with the entertainer. They may attend school, but they may not work.
	Artists must have a job offer from a U.S. employer. The artist must show proof of at least one year performing in their native country. An individual performer within a group must have been part of that group for at least one year. This organization has worked on the visas for many well-known foreign entertainers, many of whom have made Billboard Magazine's Top 50. The O or P visas are non - immigrant visas.
