Since April 1987, NCLS has assisted approximately 500,000 immigrants realize their goals of legal residency. We have obtained visas for clients from over 85 countries around the world.

Some of the NCLS staff themselves were formally undocumented workers. They know what it is like to have lived in the shadows or to have a goal of living and working legally in the US. Consequently, we are all committed to providing excellent service.

Additionally, we are supervised on a full time basis by an attorney with over 25 years of Immigration Law practice. He is on site to ask and answer questions as they occur. Kevin M. Tracy (Attorney Onsite)

Kevin M. Tracy has been a licensed attorney with the state of Indiana since 1983. He practices exclusively Immigration law and has represented individuals in all aspects/areas of immigration. He has over the past 25 years represented individuals in deportation/removal proceedings, has filed family petitions on behalf of his clients, has represented many United States businesses in bringing people to the United States to work on temporary visa's H2B Temporary non-agricultural visas; E-2 Investor Visas; L-1 Intra-company Transferees Visas. He has also filed Permanent Labor Certifications on behalf of many United States businesses and helped obtain resident Alien Status (Green cards) for many skilled workers both inside and outside the United States.

He has represented individuals before the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Virginia, North Carolina, and New York.

Currently, NCLS under Mr. Tracy's supervision has pending and approved Labor Certification cases in almost every state in the U.S. You could be one of those successful applicants!
